What belongs here

Storefront articles are for customers, so they describe what a shopper sees rather than what staff do. Keep them short, in the shop's own voice, and answer the questions support actually gets.

A typical set: browsing and searching the catalog, how checkout works, how subscriptions work, and what the account area does.

Where it lives

This file is docs/guide/storefront/shopping.md and is served at /help/shopping. The first # heading is the title. The sidebar order comes from tocOrder in internal/platform/help/help.go — add a slug there when you add a file.
